How do I get started?

Will it work on my phone?
Any carrier-unlocked phone with eSIM support works with Esim Free.
Plan & billing
How much does it cost?
One plan, three terms: 440 AED monthly, 2,040 AED for 6 months, 2,880 AED for 12, down to 240 AED/mo.
Does my plan auto-renew?
Yes. Your subscription auto-renews for the same term you chose, so your data never drops. You can cancel anytime from your account.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards at checkout: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay.
How does the referral discount work?
Every friend who joins adds 5% off for both of you. No cap, automatic at renewal.
Device & eSIM
How do I install my eSIM?
Open your phone camera, scan the QR code from your inbox or dashboard, and confirm the add-eSIM prompts. Keep Wi-Fi on until the profile finishes downloading.
I lost my QR code or got a new phone. What now?
Your QR lives in your dashboard for reinstalls anytime. When changing devices, keep both phones on Wi-Fi, or contact support for help.
Can I keep my current SIM too?
Yes, most phones run two SIMs at once, so Esim Free covers data while your number stays put.
Does my phone need to be unlocked?
Yes. Your phone must be carrier-unlocked and support eSIM profiles for installation to succeed.

Which networks do you use?
Esim Free runs on the fastest 5G networks in the UAE, E& (Etisalat) and du, with manual switching so you can stay on the strongest signal wherever you are.
Is the data really unlimited?
Yes, unlimited 5G data on every term, no top-ups, uncapped speed.
Does it work in every Emirate?
Yes, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and all across the UAE.
What speeds can I expect?
Full 5G speeds wherever 5G coverage reaches you, with automatic fallback to 4G outside 5G areas.
Cancellation & refunds
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one step from your account, 15 days’ notice on monthly, 30 on 6- and 12-month. Paid time runs its course, then stops.
What happens after I cancel?
Nothing changes until your term ends: you keep unlimited data for the full period, and no further charges are made.
What is the refund policy?
If your eSIM cannot be installed within 7 days of purchase, you get a refund. See the Refunds page for the full terms.
